ACCURATE DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery information when placing orders and making purchases. This will help us arrange the delivery correctly and avoid additional charges in case of incorrect address or contact details. Most items are sent with a signature requirement upon receipt.

DELIVERY COSTS

The delivery costs for global destinations are usually stated on the product page. If not, it means that delivery is free for you.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimated to be between 2 and 14 working days, depending on the country of dispatch. However, there may be delays due to customs processes or transport issues, which are usually reported in real-time.

DISPATCHING TERMS

In general, I aim to dispatch products within 2-5 working days after receiving payment, although this may vary depending on the specific product. If I am unable to dispatch the exact item you ordered, I will notify you in advance and either provide a full refund or offer an alternative.

INTERNATIONAL FEES: VAT, CUSTOMS DUTIES, COURIER FEES

Please note that VAT rates vary between countries, and import VAT may also be charged on shipping, insurance, and customs duty. It is recommended to check with customs in the country of delivery for more information on duties and charges.

It is your responsibility to comply with all import laws and requirements of the country where the delivery address is located. This means that in addition to the purchase price and delivery costs, you will be responsible for any tax, duty costs, fees, liabilities, handling charges, or additional insurance that may apply to your order. Most duties are applied before or at the time of delivery, and you will be notified if necessary.

Unfortunately, I am unable to reimburse you for any local import taxes or duties, as these are the responsibility of the importer (customer or collector) and are governed by each country’s laws.

FOR USA-BASED COLLECTORS

FOR THE UK COLLECTORS

For UK-based collectors, as of January 1, 2021, import VAT will be charged on goods entering the country. The import of original artwork is usually subject to a reduced VAT rate of 5%

COURIER FEES

Courier fees may also be applied as they have to process additional documents for international deliveries. These fees vary depending on the courier and may be a flat sum or a percentage of customs duty and VAT.

All products come with supporting documents including a signed Certificate of Authenticity, Letter from Artists, Invoice, and filled Pro forma/Commercial invoices for international delivery.

PACKAGES TYPES

Different package types may be used depending on the product, such as cardboard boxes or tubes for wall art. The package type will be mentioned in the product description or can be provided upon request. All packages are strong, safe, and protected.

RECEIVING

When you receive your order, please carefully inspect both the package and the product for any damage. If there is any damage or if the package shows signs of damage before opening, it is recommended to sign for the parcel as “Received Damaged,” take photos, and immediately contact us through the provided link.
